On location, the interim HR advisor takes over all HR related activities or supports you with the HR activities. From the very beginning the HR advisor is a part of your organization and the HR point of contact for all employees. Thus, she or he gets to know the organization, employees and associated HR issues even better.

We are flexible. The HR advisors can be deployed from half a day a week. Only actually worked hours will be invoiced. The number of hours depends on your wishes and needs.
